Leanne grew up in the Cockburn area, and has extensive local knowledge of the streets and surrounds.  She started her career in conveyancing in 1999.  Since then she has worked at various boutique settlement agencies, law firms and in one of the largest settlement firms south of the river.

 

Leanne has spent the last 3 years providing contract settlement services to various settlement agents throughout Perth, providing annual leave relief to settlement agencies. Leanne's reputation and capabilities are so well trusted that settlement agents would choose their holidays around her availability.  This provides them with the peace of mind of leaving their business and clients in capable hands.

In 2016, Leanne Phoebe was nominated for the  Australian Institute of Conveyancers Western Australia Dorothy Peacock Award.  This is a great honour within the settlement industry.
